Beatmydebt.com is owned and operated by Wilmott Turner Financial Services Ltd, licensed by the Office of Fair Trading to provide debt management services and advice (Consumer Credit License No. 630668).

As a commercial organisation, where appropriate Wilmot Turner including BeatMyDebt.com will charge a fee for its services. This fee will be charged either directly to the individual or company or to the business partner to whom a client has been referred.

Beat My Debt Senior Debt Advisors

The senior debt advisors at Beat My Debt are Steve Jackson and James Falla.

James Falla has over ten years of experience working with people who are struggling with debt problems.

James joined personal debt solutions provider Brookvale Group in 1999, helping to successfully float the business on the OFEX market in 2002. In 2004, he co founded Thomas Charles, a specialist debt management, IVA (individual voluntary arrangement) and bankruptcy consultancy.

While at Thomas Charles, James was often called upon to offer his experience about resolving debt problems on television and radio programmes such as the BBC 1 o’clock news, Sky News and BBC Radio’s Wake Up to Money.

Thomas Charles was sold to Accuma Group in 2006.

James is also the author of the well respected book about personal debt solutions: IVA, Bankruptcy and Other Debt Solutions.

In November 2010 Wilmott Turner Financial Services was pleased to appoint James Falla as Managing Director.
